Evoke Travel – Terms of Service

Evoke Travel provides professional travel advisory, planning, coordination, and advocacy services. By engaging Evoke Travel or purchasing any service, the client agrees to the following terms.

Scope of Services

Evoke Travel offers travel planning, itinerary design, flight ticketing, concierge coordination, group travel administration, and related advisory services. Evoke Travel does not own, operate, or control airlines, hotels, transportation providers, or tour operators and is not responsible for their actions or performance.

Professional Fees

All service fees compensate Evoke Travel for professional expertise, judgment, research, coordination, and advocacy. Fees are based on complexity and scope—not time spent—and are charged independently of supplier pricing. Fees are generally non-refundable once services have commenced.

Evoke Travel is compensated for professional expertise and advocacy. Any supplier commissions received support independent operations and do not replace service fees.

Supplier Pricing & Payments

Supplier pricing, availability, and terms are set by third parties and may change without notice. Evoke Travel is not responsible for supplier-imposed penalties, fare changes, schedule modifications, or policy changes after booking.

Changes, Cancellations & Disruptions

Changes to airline tickets or travel arrangements may incur additional service fees depending on urgency and complexity. Support during airline irregular operations (weather events, strikes, cancellations) is provided as part of Evoke Travel’s advisory role but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for reviewing all confirmations and ensuring compliance with passport validity, visa requirements, vaccinations, and entry rules. Evoke Travel is not liable for consequences arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or expired documentation.

Risk Acknowledgment

Travel involves inherent risks, including delays, disruptions, health concerns, political instability, and events beyond reasonable control. Evoke Travel provides guidance to mitigate risk but does not guarantee uninterrupted travel or specific results.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Evoke Travel may provide guidance but is not responsible for coverage decisions or claim outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Evoke Travel acts solely as an advisor and intermediary. Liability is limited to the amount of professional fees paid for the affected service. Evoke Travel is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico.
